Covid-19 Secure Standards 20/05/2020

In line with Government guidance, to help stop the spread of Coronavirus, our venues remain temporarily closed.

In anticipation for when we re-open, our teams are working with experts in their fields on a series of Covid-19 secure standards that will be implemented across our venues.

While full details of the program are still in development and will be announced soon, Covid-19 secure standards under consideration include; social distancing measures throughout our venues, cleaning and hygiene protocols will become even more rigorous and venue teams will receive ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.

Our first priority has and always will be the safety of our guests and team members. This coupled with our excellent service will mean you will always have a memorable experience at our venues, for all the right reasons.

We hope to welcome you back soon onwards, subject to the UK Government’s ongoing advice.

In line with Government guidance updated on the 16/4/2020, to help stop the spread of Coronavirus, our venues remain temporarily closed.

Book with Confidence and Flexibility 17/03/2020

As we’re facing exceptional circumstances, The Venues Collection is providing guests additional flexibility and support for all non-flexible bedroom bookings made before or after 16th March 2020 and due to arrive before 30th April 2020. Guests may change their arrival date, without charge, to a new date up until 31st December 2020, subject to availability.

If you booked directly please contact the venue a minimum of 24 hours before you are due to arrive to modify you booking. For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) please contact them directly – we have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions.

We’d like to thank our guests for their trust and loyalty. We hope to see you all soon.

Health and Hygiene 17/03/2020

The health and safety of our customers and our teams is always our top priority and we are taking Covid-19 extremely seriously. For several weeks we have been delivering enhanced cleaning procedures in all of our venues and we will continue to monitor and act on advice from the government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation, regarding precautions on Covid-19.

Our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous, with our teams receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols;

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas
  • Provision of additional hand-sanitisers across the venue & tissues provided in all meeting rooms
  • We advise all attendees to practice safe hygiene measures including, not shaking hands with other attendees, thoroughly washing hands regularly, using the hand sanitizer provided, and sneezing into tissues followed by immediate and appropriate disposal.
  • We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations

We would like to reassure all of our guests we are following official advice on this matter and that the health and safety of everyone working and staying in our property remains of paramount importance to us.
